By accessing the website at filmy4wap.gay and downloading or using the M3uPlus Player, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. App Functionality and Content

M3uPlus Player is a standalone media player designed to play media content provided by the user. Important: We do NOT provide, host, or sell any media content, IPTV subscriptions, or copyrighted streams. The app comes completely empty of any media. Users must provide their own content by inputting their own M3U playlists or Xtream Codes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the M3uPlus Player to stream, distribute, or consume pirated or copyrighted material for which you do not have the legal right to access. Filmy4Wap and the developers of M3uPlus Player do not endorse or encourage the use of the app for copyright infringement.

The materials on Filmy4Wap's website and the M3uPlus Player app are provided on an 'as is' basis. Filmy4Wap makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Filmy4Wap or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the M3uPlus Player app or the materials on the Filmy4Wap website.

The materials appearing on Filmy4Wap's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Filmy4Wap does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current.
